Well, it's been a bit since my last journal. XD;

Ah, I'll start with a happy Thanksgiving to those of you who celebrate it! ^-^ I hope you're all enjoying your breaks.

Now onto [not really] business. XD
I got my ears pierced yesterday! 0x0 I don't think all of you knew that, but it's been planned for a couple weeks now.
I was super nervous though XD; Ah, let's see, we left the house at 11 to go to the piercing place, but then we found it it doesn't open until 2. :c
So I'm like OH THANK GOD XDDD; and I just played FFVII until we had to go back.
And then the nervous tremors started.
So we get to the piercing shop and my mom's like -o- we're here now, and the piercing guy was like OH OKAY RIGHT SIGN THESE FORMS <3
The piercing guy was a sweetheart, by the way. :3 If he hadn't been all happy-go-lucky and smiling, I would've been intimidated, though. He had all these [super cool] gauges [gages?] and this IMMENSE NECKLACE with all these cool skulls and bone carvings and I'm like 8'D
But yeah, he was really nice. I think I freaked him out, though, because I was like -trembletrembletremble- and he was like D: don't be scared it's not like I'm gonna kill you and I'm like YEAH I KNOW I'M FINE -tremble-
And then he looks at my mom and goes "if she runs out before we get done with her, I'm keeping your money." And I started laughing hysterically, idk why XD Good humor keeps me sane <3
But yeah he talked to me the whole time and was super nice :3
On the actual piercing:
EVERYTHING YOU'VE HEARD IS WRONG.
It is not a teeny pinch, nor is it excruciatingly painful.
This is coming from the girl who gouged her head open two summers ago and lost like a pint of blood from it. Trust me.
But yeah, at that point I was having a mini breakdown like Q-Q -trembletrembletremble- and he's like <:c -stabstab- OKAY YOU'RE DONE YOU DIDN'T DIE RIGHT and I'm like no ;-;
But yeah, I have hoops and they're absolutely gorgeous. <3 I have to pull back my hair to see them, though, and I look bad with my hair back. D:

My beads are rose quartz. x333 AND FROM WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM TOS AND BASIC PAGAN REMEDIES, ROSE QUARTZ IS LIKE A LUCKY CHARM FOR LOVE.
Not that I need any more luck in love. I'm very happy with what I have now. <3
But, y'know, you can never go wrong with a little extra luck. :3

Otherwise, they're pretty. XD But I'm really paranoid that my ears are gonna get infected or close over the earrings or that I'll rip them out in my sleep or something. :c
I'm also in despair. D: I sleep on my side every night, and I can't do it anymore until like February.
I can't cuddle my pillow ;-;
I forsee two months of insomnia and suffering.
But completely worth it suffering

Eh D: My break is gonna be sad and lonely, though. I dislike my family, plus people are gonna be spending a lot of time with their families, so I won't see them as much.
